“The kids loved it. The different rooms and interactive story was very enjoyable. The games and snacks at the end of the experience made us not wanting to leave again. Mingling with Mrs. Byrd, Mrs. Brown and Paddington was a very special moment for my kids. My kids are 9 and 12 already and have English as their second language, but they never felt left out and the staff was just incredible as they were very self-conscious about speaking English. There was a child in a wheelchair with a special condition who was very well included in the whole process and seemed to have a great time. There was only a certain amount of families which didn’t make it too crowded and everyone got the chance to be involved.”

“We had such a brilliant time at the Paddington Experience. From start to finish it was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and actors were brilliant throughout. Our children (aged 4 and 18 months) loved it and took part in the activities — a magical experience. We spent an hour and a half there and were not rushed at all. The café in Windsor Gardens at the end had a great selection of sweets treats and were delicious. Couldn’t recommend more!”
